I have a philips 50pp9202 and the color is off. Is there a Factor Color set-up?
The STK 392 120

This set has had many problems with convergence amps going bad. More than likely this is what is going on. You can take board up and look for a loose connection first and if not then resolder anyway, but you probably need to order the STK's 392-*** Not sure what they are in this set maybe 110's. Replace both and the 4 resistors that stands up next to them.

Hello Anthony14,
This is an indication the the red convergence amplifier has goone bad you will need to replace the convergence correction modules. Now before replacing these you may want to make sure that the bias resistors and the zener diodes are ok. The convergence ICs are part number STK329-110 or STK329-150.
I would suggest that you get a schematic and equipment to make the needed tests, or take the set to a shop to replace the bad components.
I hope this helps,
Thank you,

My set had the green color bowed at the bottom in the middle, and at the top outside corners of the picture. I kept using it, the n the blue went out. I replaced the stk392-120 IC's and the 6.8 ohm resistors, now the blue and the red colors are good, and the green is out again with some distortion in it. After a while you could turn the set off then turn it back on, and the picture would be fine. About 5 minutes later, the green color would start pulling up from the bottom left corner and would be back as it was all messed up with the green bowed. Must be something before these chips.I have a sam's photofact, guess I will check voltage points. Any help from anybody that has fixed this same problem and knows specifically what it is would be greatly appreciated.
