Question about HP OfficeJet 6110 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I have installed a new black ink cartridge and all of my print jobs are coming out in 'green' color. I thought maybe I had a bad cartridge, so I bought another cartridge and the same thing is happening. I'm also getting a message on the display panel that says the 'paper is too narrow, instert wider paper and press enter'. It's the same paper I've always used, so I don't know what's happened or why this is now printing in green when it does or giving me this message. Thank you in advance for your help, Carmen
Various models do different things so you will have to checkout some stuff. 1. black is green- what it mean is if you take some black ink and wet it to dilute it will sh0w dark green then lighter etc., because black is all colours mixed. In most printers when a 'black' document is printed actually all colours are printing - take a look under a magnifying glass. Some printers however allow for 'black' only printing. But you have to set it up. So check your manual and software or what comes up on the screen. Then come come back
