Did you sort the problem? It indicates printer failure. Make sure the printer can turn and no paper is jammed in it.

This is a common fault when the 7000 series gets older. The display drive circuit will normally need repairing.

You need to check the printer to see if it is jammed. E15 indicates printer failure.

Hai, Major board problem. Usually requires a dealer to send the board in to the factory for repair. If you didn't have your program backed up you will have lost it.Can be costly.

U can try "10800" for the init code

find out what plu it is then re pgm it

turn the key to PGM
enter 3 & press Subtotal
enter 0166 & press Subtotal
enter 0 and press the faulty PLU
now press Subtotal

enter 1066 & press Subtotal
enter 0 and press the faulty PLU
now press Subtotal
turn the key back to Reg

Hi. It sounds like the guest check memory is full due to too many items in the tables. This is usually caused by people opening tables, filling them up and never finishing the table. The easiest way to overcome this is to reset all tables. Note: This will clear any current sales you have in tables, but should fix the error.
Turn key to X1/Z1 25 CASH CASH If it gives an error, then try 25 CASH 1 CASH It should print an open check/table report and show you which tables were taking up the memory. It will clear the sales out of those tables. Now turn back to REG mode and try it.
