Nintendo DS + Action Replay + OPEN FOR READ ERROR (2)
SOURCE: my nintendo ds will not recognize my games with my action replay
It's because it doesn't know the I.D. of the game. But you can find the I.D. on google or yahoo. Then put in the I.D. precisley as it says and then put in cheats and wa-la it works!
SOURCE: action replay code manager doesnt see the action replay
Many are experiencing this, what you are looking at here is a faulty action replay. go to the Datel website and submit your serial number to them, it will immediatly say whether or not your AR is from the time period when they had a problem with the internal USB reading system, if it is, then send it in and one will be shipped withing 10-12 weeks
SOURCE: action replay has no driver on my vist 64 bit
The problem is that the Datel drivers for the Action Replay are not signed, and Microsoft decided that as a matter of policy the 64 bit version of Vista would not accept unsigned drivers.
Unless microsoft change this policy, it will not be possible for the AR to work under 64 bit Vista.

If you hold A B START AND SELECT at the same time, with the power OFF, then turn it on with your thumb or something and let go when it says the product isnt endorsed with nintendo. hope it works good luck =)
