I have tried unplugging and pushing "ok" & "?", but when it runs though the reset I get the same error. Any advice?
I had the problem today and searched everywhere and only found the
question posted about five different places but no answers. I'm
obviously not the only person who has had this problem. HP's website
offered no advice.
I spent some time with HP's "live chat" feature. Obviously not live, but fixed the problem.
Here's the discussion that solved my problem:
Von : Without turning the product off, remove the power cord from the back of the product.
Wait 30 seconds and then plug the power cord into the back of the product.
If the product is not already on, use the On button to turn it on.
Lance Goodthrust : did that
Lance Goodthrust : came back on and had the same error message
