All of a sudden my camera is "solarizing" all the pictures and it's not on the solarize option. HELP!!! (I just dropped it off at the repair shop for an estimate, but I'm hoping someone can give me insight into what may have happened! - I don't want it to happen again)
Actually this could be a defective CCD imager. If so, Sony should fix this for you for free, including free shipping both ways. This is regardless of your camera's warranty status. Please check the following link for more info:

thanks for the info, wish it would have come a little sooner. Took camera to the shop and paid $140 to fix it. wow i must really love this crazy camera.
