Check if the digital compression option is off.turning it on should make the sound equal.also might want to check your volume setting on the main menu when you turn it on.only problem is you need the remote.hope this helps in some way.

I have an lg tv model49uj7700. the vocal volume is very low while the background effects and music is very loud.how can i fix this

I suggest you try changing the sound modes to see if it improves the speech. Some TV have speech settings that will boost voices.

Audio problem streaming media via ROKU and RCA players. Constantly have to adjust volume to hear them talk, but then the music/sound effects blast you out.

It sounds like you're using a set of stereo speakers to play a surround sound output. I would try going in the TV menu and turning off surround sound

Music too loud voices soft on laptop

1/2 the movies made are like that,
if one movie is ok, and other not , it's the sound mixing
man that made movie. (many are bad)
like when they play loud music over dialog in a drama.
silly but they do,that, . (unlike better movies)
the only cure (hope) is using dolby 5.1 on up
and hope the sound channels can allow you to hear what you want. some content allow the front speakers to be increase for better voice.

While playing DVDs on my PC I get music and sound effects but no voice or extremly low voice. If I crank up speakers and PC volume to 100% I can barely hear vocals and they sound like they are in a 50...

1) Could be your speaker connections and balance settings.
2) Could be the balance settings on your PC audio contoler, you'll need to go into your sound options.
3) Could be the vocoders or lack thereof in you DVD player software. Try VLC Media Player, its free from here:- http://www.filehippo.com/download_vlc/

My headphones crackle with loud music

your headphones my be damaged or "blown-out" This is common when played at high volumes. the crackling you hear is the result of the voice coil in the driver (speaker) contacting the cone. the only way to remedy this is to either replace the driver in the headphones or get better made headphones.
personally I recommend JVC RX300 because they are loud and have good sound quality and are cheap enough that the can be replaced when broken.

My onkyo HTR520's center speaker does not work properly on dolby digital, it works fine with music and games. but it doesnt work with movies only, the voices r too low. I have to crank up the volume pretty...

This sounds like a decoder problem rather than a problem with the amplifier section. These units have a test mode, I believe, that sends white noise to each speaker. If that test has correct volume and balance, then the problem is in the digital decoding and processing. The surround processing board probably has a problem and will need to be replaced. Please update this with the results of the white noise test.

K750i low volume in the playback ,please give me a solution

Well... The speaker is ok and if you're using the headset it should be loud enough for you. If you want it to be louder just use earphones/headphones that are sound isolating to block out ambiant noise. The hpm-70 can kinda do that because they go in in your as opposed to sitting on the outside of your ear. The earpiece volume is really loud. I found it hard to hear to people in some places.

Good Luck
