I need help loading music from I tunes to my mp3

The easiest way to download music and upload it to your MP3 is to use Windows Media player. You can get a copy of the media player on the internet for free. Download it to your pc and install it. The first time you open the media player it will ask you if you want it to search your pc for music files, you choose yes and it brings in any stored music on your pc into one place. Once the music is in the media player all you have to do is connect your mp3 player with the media player open and drag and drop files to be transfered into it. The media player will first change the file format to a version compatible with your MP3 player. Once that is finished you can see if move music to your mp3 player song by song until finished. If you need help you click click on "help" at anytime it type in a question. Good luck!

I load a mp3 song on my mp3 player it loads but when i try to play it it says format error what can i do to solve this problem

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

Every time I download a song from my pc to the mp3 player it say it loads and shows up but when I hit play the screen says P.C. File and it won't play. Could u tell me what is wrong

The song is probably just in the wrong format, check and make sure it is in .mp3 format and if not try to sink it to the mp3 player with windows media player this should correct the problem, or download a music converter

Can the factory loaded music and pictures be?

You can format the player which will remove everything off of the player including your stuff, so back it up. You can do this by going into the players settings menu and select format. When it ask you if you are sure, select yes and let it format. After that, the device will be fresh to go with no factory loaded stuff on it.

When you plug an mp3 player into a 2nd computer with a different operating system, a reformatting takes place, rendering it unusable on one computer or another without reformatting the player

Danger: reformatting a player will erase all of the songs on that player

There are two ways to format an Mp3 player - one on the computer itself, and one in Windows Media Player. Both methods will end up erasing all the songs on the player, but the player will be "good as new" after that. Sometimes reformatting in this manner will override the player's native formatting and cause problems - this can be reversed in most cases by updating the player's firmware. Firmware upgrades are available from most manufacturers' websites.

WARNING: The following procedures will erase all songs on the player.

Check if the file system is NTFS. If yes, format it to FAT or FAT32. - Connect player to computer, double-click my computer, right click on icon of mp3 player and select format. This only applies to Windows-based computers.
You can also format the player in Windows Media Player itself:
Connect your Mp3 player to the computer and open Windows Media Player. Click on the Sync tab. Pull down the drop down menu underneath the Sync tab by moving your cursor over the Sync tab and left clicking on the little black arrow underneath the Sync tab. Highlight "name of Mp3 player here 1GB" (wording may vary slightly), and then select "Format." - this should erase everything.

Songs Not Loading On Player

Did you use Windows Media Player to format?

WMP never does a thorough format.

If so, try formatting thru My Computer. Right Click on the Device (e260) and select FORMAT.

Then try transferring your music again.

Best of Luck.
