HYJACKERS MAX , day., endless it seems..
Sarbjeet Singh and 13 others want more answers
the OP never once said what PC they have.
Just Compaq, no model , no OS stated, at all.
why not start you own posts.??? with your facts.
1: with HP or Compaq full model number, or better the full service tag data. (p/n and ABA# too)
2: what OS, learn that the OS must match a driver.
3: then ask here or go to HP, but Fixya is not HP .com sorry not by a mile. ask HP.
HP owns Compaq for over a decade. 17 years yes.
4: go here AND ASK.
https://h30434.www3.hp.com/
5: OR GET THE DRIVER DIRECT FROM HP. HERE
https://support.hp.com/us-en/
If nothing shows there, that means your unstated PC has no HP support now. (pc's over 10 years old can be zero support, (last year made is the rule I think)
6: way 6
run the HP support assistant, here
http://h18021.www1.hp.com/helpandsupport/hp-self-support.html
if you have some year 1995 Compaq, 9546 model, pc, there is no support, at HP , MS or anywhere.(safe)
MS goes back to about 2001, for drivers.
then zero , nada. there.
that is my advice for the 13 hyjackers.
and posted here 1000s of times,
search much?

That means that the video card in your computer does not have hardware acceleration, does not have it turned on, or lacks the proper video drivers to use the hardware acceleration.
Upgrading the video drivers is one thing to try.
Upgrading your DirectX version is a second.
