Hiya all, recently upgraded to a K800i, love it so far, but my bluetooth handsfree does not work, it just doesn't get recognised, doesn't pick it up, the hansdsfree is a Mototorola H350, and it says it is compatible.

1. From OFF, press and hold the On/Off (8) button for 10 seconds until the Bluetooth Indicator (4) turns blinking red/blue.

5. The handsfree kit is now ready to use.
in most nokia N series, you will have your handsfree device paired to your cellphone. it also depends on your handsfree model. some bluetooth handsfree models are not compatible with nokia N series. Jabra handsfree models are compatible with nokia phones. best buy.

From the Menu screen, select Settings
Scroll across to the Connectivity tab and select Bluetooth
Scroll down to Phone Name and press select
Enter the new name for your K800i
Once you’ve done this, you can turn Bluetooth on to make you visible to other devices by following these steps

To connect your Sony Ericsson K800i to a handsfree device, enter the Bluetooth menu screen and select Handsfree, Your phone will then look for a handsfree device to connect to. When it’s found it, select the device and enter the passcode if required

Press and hold the 'call' (big) button on your bluetooth device. First it will blinks once, keep holding, then it will turn to steady blue. This is the 'pairing' status.
When the phone found your device, select the device and enter the passcode (usualy 0000 (4 times zero))if required.
The steady blue light on the device should go off and blinks every couple of seconds.
Next time you switch on the bluetooth device it will be automaticaly recognized by the phone.
bluetooth connect is only going to work for up to 30ft in distance so if you go to far from the car it will disconnect because it lost the bluetooth signal.
Bluetooth handsfree profiles are needed by N 72 which is missing by default in N 72 you will have to install bluetooth profiles. Please refer to nokia website for details on how to install bluetooth profiles
