You have some leaky filter caps. They are: C2C52 = 10 MFD 50 VOLT (off the base of Q2C51 on the signal board)Also check C2P05 = 100 MFD 16 VOLT (off pin #3 of IC2P01 on the signal board) and C2P03,C2P08 = 100 MFD 16 VOLT both on the signal board.
