Its always showing the popup message in my moto rockr E8 phone like "Memory Full. Please delete some messages or emails" eventhough message box and email box is empty. Actually this problem came into picture when i've tried to share my contacts with my friends mobile using blootooth. Sharing is not working and got switched of and lost all the messages(draftrs, sent,received messages) when I try to share contacts via bloototh by clicking share option.

    Does resetting delete the contacts stored in the phone? I have a lot of contacts stored in there, and I'm hesitant to reset for fear of losing my contacts.

    This phone model is also notorious for not being able to sync contacts with mac.

I have the same problem before...what i have done is delete all the files i have...just go to the settings and look for reset memory...all my files was deleted but the good thing was i no longer get that error message and i was able to receive messages sent by friends and loveones

to solve this problem u have to create a folder in msg

1. go to msg
2.click to my folder.
3. then create a folder there
4. then select your msges by multiple select and send them to the folder you create.
5.delete unwanted msgs.
6.switch off ur phn then on.....
7.it works

Memory full. please delete some messages or emails.
You have to go into setup --> options --> delete all data.
Just make sure your contacts are saved to your SIM card, and save any pics to the SD memory card. I just did it now the error is gone!

My moto w230 shows memory is full even though there is enough free memory and also i cant send, even create a new message! it shows capacity full!..i hve deleted all the msgs and also formatted my fon....

Deleted Text Message Retrieval
unfortunatly I'm afraid once you delete them they are gone, they only thing I could think of to do is contact your wireless carrier and ask for a record of your text messages if they are really that important. Hope this helps!

Motorola rokr e8 error message
not even a MASTER RESET will resolve this issue most of the time. the only way to fix it is to perform a MASTER CLEAR. Before doing a master clear, make sure you save all contacts to your sim card and images, videos, etc to your memory card.
