The fan speed selector switch has failed and needs a replacement. Here's the parts breakdown for it. It's number 26 in the diagram.

Blower motor blows high whenever ignition switch is on

Sounds like your fan switch could be shorted out

Blower motor works only on hight speed

Most heater fans have a resister built into the wiring and connection block on the actual casing. High fan speed=full voltage, Mid speed=small resister, Slow fan speed=large resister. Change the resister block. Pete

Dtc code p1490 fan olny comes on when air conditioner is on

P1490 Low Speed Fan CTRL Relay Circuit. You need to check and make sure the cooling fan is coming on when the engine reaches operating temperature and when you turn the A/C on. If not, replace the Low Speed Fan relay.

The ac is on full at all times, even when you adjust the fan hight. someone sayed i need a a/c auto amplifier. but i can't find that part

Good Evening, If I am translating this properly your fan only works on the high setting? And the other settings do not change the speed? If this is correct respond back and I will help as much as possible.

Fans run at high speed , blue light comes on, i get no video.

Hello

OK, firstly., if the fan runs at hight speeds, it is an indication of the CPU overheating.

If you do not get any beep codes, Your motherboard might also be damaged.

Let me know if you are getting any beep codes.

Also, if the CPU is blown, you will not get any video, because the CPU is not processing anything.

please let me know if you are receiving any beep codes, so we can start troubleshooting.

Kind regards
Andrea

My car fan went up to hight speed on its own. Can't turn it off anymore. Even when I turn off the car the fan keeps running. took out the maxi fuse to stop it. any suggestions? thank you

Ok 2 things. 1. The temp switch is stuck. 2.The relay for the fan is stuck. If it's the temp switch in the block it will need to be replaced. The relay can be replaced for about 15.00. Labor will be more.
