Unplug the machine, find a good sized pan that is very low. get a wet vac ready, then get to the pump filter there should be a drain that you would use before removing the large cap. either use the small drain "less messy but time consuming" or the large one "really quick but water all over"

I bought edifice casio watch and when i use while washing hand the water goes inside at the first moment ???

unless it is waterproof you should remove electronics before going near water....
even water proof and water resistant electronics can get hairline fractures that will allow water to seap in.

once wet it will stop working.
BUT - - if you dry it thoroughly and replace batteries (if they also got wet) it can work again but you must be sure all water is dried before returning power to machine

as an example, a CRT tv i owned years ago was submerged in water for a while... of course it no longer worked.
but after three days of having a fan blow air over it it was completely dry and again worked

WARNING: only works for CRT tvs the flat screen tvs likely will allow water to seep into the screen so while you think it is dry it is still wet in the screen

I put my 1962 Omega Seamaster (leather band, dress watch) through the washing machine... any ideas?

If you wear it and do not see condensation on the crystal then it is likely OK. Many watches are at least water resistant which may keep water out for shallow immersion. You should not attempt to open these watches yourself as they are a bit trick from what I can find.

There seems to be humidity in the watch

If the humidity has been condensing or happening for a period of tmie longer than 3-4 hours, this watch should be taken to a Certified Master Horologist in your local area as soon as possible. The timepiece should be opened, dried out, resealed, and water tested.

If humidity comes and goes away within 3-4 hours it is a normal occurrence from extreme temperature change (A/C to outdoor heat, vice versa) (Outdoor cold to indoor heat, vice versa).

Got it wet

You have to open the watch, take out the movement, take out the battery, dismantle whole movement and dry it in special watch cleaning machine. Do not hope the moisture is affecting the look of the watch only (misty) - it is definetely affecting movement and battery as well and your watch may stop for good after some time.
My advice - find your nearest watch repair shop and ask to dry it out.
Even if the visible mist inside watch has gone, there are still water in the watch movement.
