Krishnakanth,
For Bios password resets you will need to contact Dell for system verification and ownership. Once they verify your information they will provide a reset for you.
If you have forgotten your windows password you will need to look online for password recovery software or reinstall Windows. Or use a Windows reset disk.

  • A password reset disk can only be created for local user accounts. If your computer is on a domain, a network administrator can reset your domain logon password.

To complete these steps, you'll need removable media such as a USB flash drive or floppy disk.

  1. Open User Accounts by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking User Accounts and Family Safety, and then clicking User Accounts.
  2. In the left pane, click Create a password reset disk, and then follow the instructions. Make sure you store the password reset disk in a safe place
Thank You,
