Sensor not reading problem is due there is some obstruct between sensor and projected light beam. Check any disturbance are there and clean the sensors. Cleaning work is done by the technical persons only since it is sensitive area. Try another method also by changing the TV aspect ratio is 16:9 and then select auto convergence method. This is the one chance is there before you call the technical person

Screen is pinching

you may still have a fl231 fuse type problem. I would first suggest resoldering the flyback connections. dince this happen ever so often it possible a connection problem. If i had it in the shop i woould chek the flat ribbon connectors also. convergence is controled by three board, convergence power, convergence amp and small signal board. since it pinches this is indication of interuption of convergence power supply. the auto convergence not working. is a symptom of small signal board issues. the small signal board requires specal interface equipment to download data off to place on new board. or the sensors arond the screen has failed.

Auto focus problem

The auto focus is not actually focusing the tv. When it is running it is adjusting the convergence. Most likely the repairman that replaced your tuner didn't plug the sensor wires back in. I would call him back out and have him hook it back up.

There should be a convergence menu in the tv. Use the samsung remote and go into the menu and look for convergence.

Auto Focus Stoped Working

If the convergence is very far off the convergence ICs are bad and need to be replaced first. If the convergence is close and it wont correct it might just be an insect or some dust on the sensors at the 12, 3, 6 and 9 o'clock posistions behind the screen.

Auto convergence dosent work

if you can line up any then the fuse is not the problem
if you dont have the convergence option in the setup menu it is fuse. DO you have any convergence at all.... sound like it. then this may be a convergence amp board problem. does the cross hair move at all or only up and down or left to right.

Auto Converge

If the message "sensor is unresponsive" crops up then the problem is definitely electronic and lies somewhere in a loop that starts near the tube base, goes to the main board and back to the tube base. However, you can try to do a manual converge by adjusting the ring permanent magnets on the neck of the tube (right behind the scanning coils) while something is being displayed. Normally these magnets are secured with a clear glue to minimize drift. Use a heat gun to soften the glue and then turn the ring magnets around until you are happy with the picture. As you know, this part of the TV has some pretty dangerous high voltages so try to keep your left hand in your back pocket while doing these adjustments with your right. Good luck.

You have to try auto convergance from the menu.
There ust be convergance adjustment on menu. You will find cross at center of the screen.green cross is the refrance ,you have to overlap red and blue to form white cross.
once you have formed white cross than the picture will be perfect.
