Punch Software - Professional Home Design Suite

Drag and Drop problem - Except in Foundation and Floor I can not drag and drop from the icons across the top toolbar. What is wrong? When I try to drag and drop from the side bar menue of icons I can place an object but after placing the item the system does this scrolling kind of thing that causes a waiting period. Again, what is wrong. I have MS Vista Home Premium as an operating system.

Check your video card memory. Live view uses a lot and it pays to switch it off during normal operations and just use it to check object placement every now and again.

Had dowladed and uninstaled cd wanting to use it again but keeps having a installation error and aborting. Professional Home Design Suite Platinum Version 12

I have a windows XP operating system. I can't put any materials on the interior or exterior of the house while trying to drag and drop the material in 3D mode. Any help is much appreciated.

After drag and drop coloures to liveview no coloures apper but coloures only appear on background. is that software problem or directx problem ?

This is an issue with your video graphics card. The card may not be able to handle shadowing, which is very popular with 3D programs. You can either, upgrade your video graphics card or see if there is an updated driver for your card by visitng the manufacturer of the computer website.

Print problems

Print to fit page prints thumbnail size image.

Answer Zoom out to make your design appear on a single screen, drag and draw a box around it, using the Select Objects Tool. Once it's all selected, go to Edit > copy, File > new, Edit > paste. Print from this new file.
Note: this may be caused by an extraneous object on an outer edge of your plan. When you zoom out, pan around your design to see if there is a stray object, which you can delete.

I purchased Punch Home & Landscape Design Premium Softwarw from Staples today Brought it hoe & started to install it, along the way of the installation a pop up window came up on the screen and said that a error had taken place about the verification of program C?.Needless to say it stopped and could not get it to install at all.
