Borrow from somebody another D500 and (as the menu will be the same) go step-by-step with this one. I mean in one hand have your phone, in another one your friend's one. You don't need to see your screen to save your important contacts. Samsung technician

How do i save all my files to my sim card has i`am selling my phone

Hello

The only information you can save on sim card is your contact number and messages. Music, video and picture can not be save on sim card but on memory card.

To copy contact number from phone to sim card, go to phone book, press the option button and scroll down to copy number from phone to sim card. You can also do same thing on messages too.

Regards.

Its easier if you just save your contacts on your SIM card that way whenever you transfer your sim card to a different phone your contacts will be on the new phone.

BenQ-Siemens S68: How can I transport my contacts from the phone memory to the SIM ?

I spent an hour figuring this out:
Appearantly, it does matter what part of the contact you highlight, so make sure you have the name highlighted, not the number and not where it says "telephone".

1) Go to any contact in your "all contacts".
2) press "choose" (do not highlight the number or "telephone")
3) press "more"
4) press "copy to sim" or "move to sim" (preferably the first)
5) now, one of your contacts are shown. Press "choose" and "save" if you'd like to copy it to the sim card; or "cancel" (aww, I can't remember excactly what this said, but it was one of the bottom most choices, I think) if you don't want to copy this specific contact.
6) This goes on until all the contacts of your choice are copied to the sim.

I did not find a way to do this automatically. In my case that was a good thing, because I only had 100 spaces in the sim, and it was about time to tidy up and delete some of my old schoolmates' numbers.

Good luck.
