BATTERY ONLY SHOWS LL. NO TEMPERATURE SHOWS WITH NEW BATTERY

If there is a n up down temperature adjustment try pressing the up or down arrow at least 3 times.

I would call Nikon and explain the problem. Get a name and Email address and send a nice Email confirming what they told you on the phone. Most companies are very willing to repair battery problems for free because of liability issues.

Push and hold down the channel button, wait for beep, then on the sensor, push and hold the tx button, wait for beep.

You have a faulty thermostat. Very easy to replace. You can find a new thermostat at home depot.

Probably a bad themp control. try jumping it out. If the unit runs get a generic cold control with a variable temp adjustment. A water fountain control would work as well. Jeeze these dayum chinese pieces of **** are so bad.
