Well this the problem. a few months a go I had to call sears because the set would not turn on. They replaced two boards and and fix the problem but left geometry a little off. the repairman told me call him back in a few days for him to finish the calibration. well, I didnt I thought it was too easy to do and I grabbed hold of the service manual and changed alot of stuff. the set is now completely messed-up ( bowed letters, skinny people, a complete mess) I was hoping that maybe someone with the same set can get into his service menu and tell me the values in each of the submenus starting with all the values in "deflection" and son on... I know is much to ask but I do not have the money to have a professional come and do it.... thanks
You say that they replaced the Mainboard 2 times on this model? I had the same exact model and they came out and replaced the Mainboard and 2 other parts 4 times. Under the lemon policy warrantee at Bestbuy, I am now (finally) able to replace the TV with a Mitsubishi WD-65733. This TV is a "LEMON" if you can, "GET RID OF IT!" I understand your frustration completely and know exactly why you finally took matters into your own hands and tried to fix it yourself, it's because it's a piece of total "JUNK!"

Thats why the service menu is for the SERVICEPERSON! It tells you in the manual to always write down the values. Even if you get someone with another set, that could mess up your set even more as there is no "default" settings to these alignments. Even with the same exact set, same exact model, the settings could be way off for one but not for the other. I am sorry to say, if you cannot straighten this out, you have no choice but to call a pro to help you out. Good Luck
