Hi,I had a problem with our printer HP 920c because its ink leaks at the bottom right side. I don't know why is it like that and in effect the printer won't print. The red light at left side flashes. I hope you could help me. Thank you very much!
The Cleaning station is filled with ink AND the cartridge is broken, this can be caused by using a [poorly?] refilled cartridge. To solve this you have to disassemble the printer and clean the cleaning station, replace the absorbent pad and replace the ink cartridge.

Hi,
Make sure Orange protective cap (tape) has been removed from the bottom of the ink cartridge.
Either ink Cartridge is not installed properly or the function for detecting the ink level is disabled.
Make sure that you install ink cartridges at correct position as indicated by the label on the print head holder. Press PUSH mark until ink cartridge click into the place.
Hope this will solve your problem.
Thanks for using Fixya.
Try reseating the color cartridge and cofirming that the blue/green tape was completely removed from the back and bottom of the cartridge. Run a head cleaning and if that doesnt correct it then you may have a bad ink cartridge. It is possible that the printer is bad but I find that unlikely.
try cleaning the contacts (bronze like) with dry cloth both the cartridge and the cartridge holder most of the times there exist some liquid forms on both areas.
since you frequently remove the cartridges; their might be a broken part on the cartridge holder. the broken part, use, is to make sure the cartridge is in absolute contact with the cartridge holder's. the size the said broken part is 2 mm in all sides. so small that it has a big function.you dnt even recognize.
