What type of beeping are you hearing? If you are hearing a beep every seven seconds from a handset, the solution is to recharge the battery. If the battery won't hold a charge, then replace the battery with a 5-2721 Nickel-metal Hydride battery.
The handsets can also beep for about 2 minutes if another handset or the base pages them. This is a locator tone. Just press the Talk/Call Back button or the Tone/Exit button on each handset.
Mine did the same thing. I had the battery replaced on the controller.and it still beeped. Then I took my key and put it in the ignition, without turning the key and took it out. Did this like 6 times and the long beep finally stopped.
The beeping on your ups is the sound of an alarm it will come on when starting up due to slow start circuit, there are a reset switch on the front display press once and beep will despair.

It's beeping because the battery is completely dead and needs to charge. If beeping doesn't stop after a while of charging, you may need a new battery or a new charger.
Your battery has had it. You can get a new online for only a few dollars. From what I've seen from alot of the Razr phones the beeping it as just as you were saying. When the battery is dead or does not have enough power to do the basic functions it will beep. The only difference is that, even if it is turned off they will still beep because it has a low battery. have you tried a different battery.
