Technical help needed please

I just purchased a Sumishi digital MP4 player and am unable to get it to turn on. When I first charged it the screen turned on and said to plug in usb cable to computer. I pushed the menu and esc buttons to try for further instructions and the screen went black.I must of locked it or put it in a hold state. Now I can not make it turn back on and there is no reset button. Can you please help if you can on how to turn this back on.

Thank you for your input. But nothing was downloaded on the MP3. Brand new out of the box, never been used. Nothing downloads from the Usb, stays the same blue screen.

Aom reasons why Mp3 locks 1.Ilegal music is put on the MP3 2. you took the Usb when it was in the middle of a load what i did was erase the last song i put on there it still showed as a locked MP3 for a little while after i erased it

The mp4 player will be fully charged and when i take it off the charger and i want to listen to it. It will pause and freeze then will turn off right away. I will try to turn it back on and it wont turn...

i think in 3 possible solutions: 1- try to charge it with another charger 2- connect your mp4 to a computer and run a virus scan, after this try it. if don't, format your mp4 and try to charge it again. 3- the charge system of your mp4 is damaged, so take it to the technical support for to repair it.

Whether the li-ion battery has no energy？ Try to charge it. Also the fireware of mp4 player is wrong. If it is, you'd better contact the seller or put it to repair.

I got this mp3/mp4 digital player music no limit just a few days back.first the player after charging was working well.but when i tried load some songs from my PC it wouldnt accept i thought it probably...

try reflashing the firmware for your device you can find the latest firmware and flashing utilitys from the manufacturers website then just follow the instructions for flashing the device most importantly don't remove the device durring the proccess

If you've charged the player and it will not power on, then it is defective. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do to fix the problem. The warranty is 90 days from the date of purchase. You would have to have the receipt to receive a warranty replacement. If you received the unit as a Xmas present, or you purchased it in the last 90 days, please call our tech support line above.
