I was av1, av2 before but now i can't access my lg 42'' flat screen A2

Hi happy,
This happens quite often due to current leakage from signal box.. Please continue with AV1. But Have your cable box or whatever signal box you are using for any current leakage so that AV1 remains safe. If you lose AV1 too, you may have to replace the main board.

Do you know how to get sound back on when you switch to av1 picture fine but no sound thanks

Make sure that you have the audio input hooked up to the correct input (AV1). For the AV1 channel there should be either RCA (yellow, red, and white) or S-Video (generally a black plug) plus the red, and white from the RCA. Make sure the red and the white are both connected to the AV1 Input. Hopefully this solves your problem.
Thank you

Hi ,iam trying to connect a digtial converter(rca) to a dawoo dtq27u4sc 27'...i read your info.what kind of transformer(if any) do i need.. ? iam using the 3 prong av cabel hook up at back of tv = av1...

OK, let mesee if I get this right, you have a digital TV tuner box that picks up the digital TV signal off the AIR? And this tuner box has 3 RCA jacks on the back (Red:Right channel audio output, White: Left channel audio output, Yellow: Composite video output)?
If the above are corrects, then all you have to do is to connect those cables to the AV1 (if AV1 is for the compoite video and analog audio input). No transformer needed.
Please clarify.
