NO POWER, PICTURE, OR SOUND, power button flashes green 2-3 times
I have a phillips model # 60pp9100d/37 60" rear projection tv. Bought new 18 months ago and it was stored in climate controlled room for 8 of the 18 months but is now out of warranty. PROBLEM IS: when pressing power button on tv, the button flashes green 2-3 times, without any picture or sound on the screen. problem started with tv shutting off on own and after being off for awhile it would turn back on, only to randomly just shut off. any help is very much appreciated. thanks

Had same problem. update tv software with a usb drive. do not take the tv apart. its easy download to computer unzip to usb drive and put drive in right side of tvs usb slot with power off, then turn power on, you should get an update screen.
did not work for me the first time i had to format usb drive to fat (not fat32) and then unziped to the drive took 10 minutes to update. I have tv 60PP9200D/37
Check the wires inside at the left lower region as you are looking at the rear. There are several circuit boards there that tend to loosen when moved. The cables are really ribbons like those used in computers. I'd lioke to be more specific however I'm not entirely familiar with this model, just rear projection tvs in general.

I have had my WS-65511 fail like this, first at 4 years, second 2 weeks later, then 3rd time yesterday (4/14/2009). In past, the tech replaced a thermal sensor p/n 299P313010A (but Mitsubishi says that part is not for WS-65511 and that it does not have a thermal sensor - go figure). It is a white rectangle with about 30 pins in 2 rows and is soldered onto a board in the TV. List price is about $25. Might be your problem.
NOT EXPENSIVE POWER SUPPLY PARTS ARE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED . ONLY A TECH WHO , HAS EXPERIENCE ON THIS TV MODEL AND THE KNOWLEDGE ABOUT THIS PROBLEM ,COULD FIX THE TV RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. OTHERWISE REPLACE POWER DEFLECTION BOARD ,PARTS AVAILABLE AT PARTSTORE OR SIMILAR COMPANIES
dont waiste your money problem main or logic board or if shure power supply go radio shack and get one with specifications match voltage, ampers, and polarity
