Printing problem whenever i try to print some coupon from internet it says your printer keep printed documents please uncheck the box. do i have to do it everytime can't it be permanant

Go to MFC5840CN Printer Properties -> Advanced 2. Click on Print processor 3. Select Winprint, then click OK 4. Uncheck 'Keep printed documents', then click OK 5. Go back to Printer Properties -> Advanced again to make sure the option is unchecked.
