Problem with motorola razr v3

My phone will not sut off: This is what I am seeing. Boot Loader 0A.30. SW Version: R4515_G_08.BD B3R Phone Code SIG ERROR: OK to Program Connect USB Data Cabe Any Suggestions?

    my phone does not turn on.



    I get a message "Boot Loader 08.26 SW Version R374_G_0E.42.09R



    OK ot Program USB Transfer Mode



    How do exit this mode?

    I switched my Motorola V3 phone off and then back on and the following message has appeared on the screen and will not go off.
    Boot Loader
    0A.30
    SW Version:
    R4515_G_08.BD.44R
    PHONE SIG ERROR

    The phone has not been damaged in anyway can you please advise on this problem.
    I have a USB cable to connect to my pc but no motorola cd's.
    Can you please advise using an IDIOTS GUIDE PLEASE

You hav a software problem that can only be solved by reflashing with a proper v3r firmware that matches with r4515 software version

My phone is locked
Take it to a mobile service center to have it unlock there for a small fee.

It has not completed the full unlock procedure that is why it is showing the above mention
"CALL SERVICE PROVIDER BOOT LOADER 0A.52."

PH SIG ERR: 39:02:
phone sig error mean your Phone MonsterPack(software) is demaged. you need to flash back using RSD lite to make back to normal. give me what software version you have on your cell and what bootloader you have..eg.bootloader 0A.30/0A.52..SW:R479 and etc. i these so i can upload one for you
