YUASA are selected. The backup times ranges from 1hours to 4hours for 20KVA UPS and from 1hours to 2hours

for 30KVA UPS, because of limitation of CLA power rating.

you need an MGE expert engineer to check on the internal components, maybe the display by itself it dead can be replaced while UPS is on no problem. if you want to switch off the UPS you go for force shutdown but I cannot guarantee will restart if you do not fix the fault.

Your circuit breaker is bad,can't tell by looking,remove and take to lowes and match up and install and see if it trips again.

ahh hmmmm battery breaker tripped suggests either a charger circuit malfunction OR a short in inverter

Hi Ewiesemann,

The amber light on the UPS usually means that the unit is 'on battery' -- meaning that input power is affected. Check to make sure that unit is plugged in and check to make sure that a breaker on a panel feeding the UPS power hasn't tripped.

The Main purpose of Emergency Power Off is to basically trip the input/output and battery circuit breaker in case of emergency. It is a simple contact either normally opened or normally closed. It depends if you want to use a contact remotely or internal to the UPS. If the design for the contact is to be normally open, then you should not have any problem with it. On the other hand if the contact is designed to be normally closed then the UPS would not start up. Therefore have a look at the contact whether it is normally opened or closed and trace the contact cable as well. I hope you could give us so more information to understand what you exactly is happening to the UPS

There are many things that would cause this problem. It would be best to have a qualified technician test your system to find the cause.
