The buttons on my Sony Walkman Bean NW-E305 MP3 player are not working. All I get, when I press any button is "HOLD (and, yes, I moved the slide off of the HOLD position)."

Yes, ok, the HOLD key is stuck. Now, how do we un-stuck it?

Sony Walkman Bean NW-E307 MP3 does not charge. what could be the problem... any solutions??

Does the device turn on when connected to the computer? If so, press RESET button on your device and then try again. If the problem continues, you may want to go to the Sony Support Center and download the firmware software for your device.

Hope it works.

Good luck and Happy Holidays.
