Logitech speaker x-530 have no sounds

Hi,

The X-530 are analog speakers. They do not require drivers, your sound card does. You should install the Sound/audio Drivers for the sound card.

What is the PC configuration ? Let me know the PC model and operating system or the sound card you are using for further help.

control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select appropriate speakers or audio you will find 3 drop down lists make sure you have selected the right speakers or control panel,administrive tools,computer management,device manager,sound,could be a yellow question mark? right click to re-install drivers

You can try to download the drivers from the Logitech website, or if the Cd-rom came with your computer, you can always try to find a backup copy of it from your hard drive. Usually the manufacturer of the computer sets up a backup copy of the installation disc to the hard drive. These drivers might contain Malware, viruses and other dangerous software, which might damage your computer. You can also try to find an alternate driver, which resembles the Logitech X-530 driver.

Logitech equipments are usually pretty good. It should be under warranty so I would not try to fix it yourself.
If you bought your product new from an authorised dealer, your expensive speakers would still be under the normal Logitech 2 yeas sound systems warranty: consult your warranty terms an contact both your dealer and Logitech support.

may you did not plug them back in the right outlet...

at the cost of some equipment today they are throw away when the dont work and buy new. if its a small transformer you might try radio shack multi volt unit . bring in old transformer so the can match speaker side of wire.

you sound computer savy if you built your first computer. if you take a sound card pci and install it see if your speakers work ..most of time we assume because its new everyhing works. test and varify first. ...if you did not build your own computer return to store so you dont void your warrentee.

Hi , to install sound driver.
open the control panel ,install sound driver and also check device driver view if the sound connect to computer.

ok what computers model u have ill get sound card drivers using limewire to play back music sucks use windows player 11 dl from windows update doinga custum scan then add software to left list so u get new stuff in windows what computer moodels do u both have ill help u get sound going with windows xp corect
