We have a GE Profile Performance Side by Side Frig/Freezer. The freezer side is leaking water on the floor. There is also some water frozen on the bottom of the freezer
Open the freezer door, remove the bottom tray, smash the ice on the floor with your fist to remove it. Now get a glass of hot water and pour it into the trough which is at the bottom of the back wall of the freezer. Allow a few minutes for the ice to melt then remove it with an ice pick or scrrewdriver. Once the ice is out, pour more hot water into the trough. Now take a long tube ( an old washer fill hose works perfectly) and stick one end in the hole in the trough. Now fill your mouth with warm water and blow it very hard through the tube. Once the drain is clear, pour some hot water and a very little amount of bleach through the hole.

The drain is clogged. Remove the bottom bin out of the freezer. Once done you should see a trough at the back. This trough will be filled with ice, remvoe the ice. Then you have to clear the drain. The best way I know of to do this is to force hot water down the drain with a turkey baser untill water flows freely. Then mix baken soda with water and pour it down the drain. http://www.appliance-repair-it.com/refrigerator-leaking.html
you may have a pin hole in your water line to your dispenser or you could be leaking at the water valve itself on the water dispenser side. you'll have to pull the refrigerator out from the wall and look where the main water line goes into the back of the refrigerator. you will probably have to take the back off to see. be sure you put the back of the refrigerator back when you are through.
Clean the drain pan and drain line in the back of the freezer section behind the cover underneath the evaporator coil. (hint: use turkey baster with hot water)
Make sure water drains when you
pour it in. If it doesn't - also clean drain tube on the back of the
unit behind the cover. When done - put the tube exactly where it was.
Good luck! :)
ur drain is clogged. open the area of the freezer side. (defrost first) and locate the eveporator. check the small hole that collects water and unclogg it.
That is from your defrost drain either being clogged with food, or covered with ice. Behind the back wall in the freezer is a drain that empties underneath the fridge. If that drain gets blocked or froze over then the water will dump into the floor of the freezer and out the door gasket.
more than likely you have a frozen defrost drain look in the bottom of your freezer section there should be a depression there see if its just a big block of ice let me know if this is the case or not and ill tell you how to clear the drain if not then we will look at something else please dont rate me till were done
