SOURCE: Toshiba wont power on

Good afternoon!
From what you have told us, I would suspect that something got jiggled or joggled during the opening and putting back together process. I've done that to myself, in the past. ;o)

What I do in a case like this is as follows:
1-Power down and remove the battery (Leave the battery out until you get it running again)
2-Open it back up and disconnect and reconnect each and every cable and connector that I can find.
3-Remove and reseat the memory module(s)
4-Try to power back up.

If this doesn't do it, get back to me for some more diagnostics/ideas.

SOURCE: Toshiba Satellite A105

The most common problem on these units is the ac connector solder joints break away from the motherboard. If you're sure the ac adapter is working, and the correct one, and it's not charging the battery (assuming the battery is good), it's most likely the problem. They don't have to appear loose to be loose.
Otherwise, it's motherboard time, or a loose screw, etc has caused a dead short on the board.
Good luck, if you have additional info, let me know.

SOURCE: my toshiba satellite a135-s2276 won't turn on

A coworker used to work for Toshiba and said that this is common for the Satellite A135 models and under warranty the fix was a motherboard swap for a newer/updated motherboard. Otherwise the unit is unusable.

:-(

My Toshiba L775 -S7307 won't stream to my Bose Sounddock 10. Does my computer support A2DP?

According to the Toshiba website, your laptop does not have Bluetooth, with means it won't have A2DP. You can buy a dongle to get Bluetooth to your laptop.

Can't get Toshiba Satellite L775 to boot past "windows is loading files" screen

I assume you are doing a System Restore/Recovery? Have you removed the HDD and tested it? Perhaps the Recovery files are corrupt/missing? A bit more info needed.

Wont boot past toshiba logo

Unplug the AC adaptor, remove the battery, then press and hold the power button down for a minimum of 30 seconds. Now replace the battery and see if it powers up. If not repreat the process but this time leave the battery out and only plug in the AC. If it still doesn't power on repeat the process again and this time replace the battery and plug the AC back in. If it still doesn't power up it's time to start checking the hardware. Remove the ram and try it with only one stick. You might need to try each one individually to see if either works. If that doesn't help remove the hard drive and see if it will post to the Toshiba screen. If that doesn't help you'll probably need to take it to a service center.

I was in facebook playing farmville, when suddenly the screen of my new laptop(toshiba satellite A660/07R)hung.i have no choice rather to power it off. when i switch back on,the screen flashes different...

With an extensive use of the notebook,
some times notebook would store some static charges which
indeed will stop the notebook from powering up or charging
the battery. The procedure to remove this static charges from
the notebook is known as power drain. Performing a power
drain procedure will not effect any personal data or delete
any pictures from the hard drive on your notebook.
I recommend you use Power Drain procedure by following these
steps:

1. Disconnect the AC Adapter.
2. Remove the Battery.
3. Hold the Power button down for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
4. Reconnect the AC adapter.
5. Turn on the Notebook power.

Go to the Toshiba web site. They often extend the warranty on laptops with common problems.
