Estate by Whirlpool washing machine will not drain or go into spin mode in any cycle.
I have a two year old Estate washing machine model TAWS800JQ1 it will fill and agitate through the wash cycle but will not drain, spin or rinse in any mode (delicate, pera press or normal). The lid switch is functional, the pump and impeller are fine. The motor and coupling spin easily by hand both directions. I'm not sure if it is the timer or the motor, any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Hi ,, ok lets try some fault finding,,, try putting the washing machine on a no or low temp programme like wool,, or even the fill empty spin , see if it moves then,, if the programmer moves through then spins, i would assume the thermostat is broken,, if it moves through but does not spin , it may be the heating element,, if it does not move at all in any programme i would assume the programmer has a problem
Most likely it is your pressure switch. Locate the switch on your machine and look for damage. if you have a multimeter use it to find any electrical issues if there is no reading the pressure switch needs to be replaced.
Lots of possibilities to check out before considering a problem with the machine: Is the load unsorted, too big or off balance? Drain restricted or too high? Oversudsed? Water draining completely out before going into spin?
