Downloading files and driver for Z605

The computer said I had to update my lexmark printer drives, Went to the web site. There are two downloads. The first goes great. The second one takes me to a page that says I am not allowed to see. Back to downloads, realize I didn't download the utility, so I did. Downloaded fine. Go back to the last download, it seems to download, but when I open it, it takes me to the download page. Can't get around it. I know I had both files previosly. Maybe I don't need it? Please help. Thank You.

Need to download driver for lexmark z600 printer

Z600 is the series, the printer will be something like Z601, Z605 etc.

If you do not know the model, download Z601.

You need to follow instructions below, as direct link to printer page is not available.

If you do not have the disk you must download the software from Internet, follow instructions below,

Click here:Official Lexmark Drivers and Software

A web page will open, follow instructions, select model, select operative system etc., and click on download .
Chose to download the file in my documents when asked.
After downloading, find the file,double click on the file ,then if you get in troubles, follow the instructions below to reset and reinstall drivers:

Unplug printer USB.
Go to control panel >> installed printers in Windows and remove (delete ) any installed printer from printer list.
Download driver from website, or use the disk and run the install file.
Follow driver installation wizard.
Plug back printer when prompted from installation wizard.

Note:some printer does not work on Vista, if you do not find any driver download for Vista on your model page, that means your model is not Vista compatible.

Z605 inkjet printer

Control Panel - Printer and Faxes -Install printer.
When the Panel comes up - Cd or from list select - 'From List'
Select Lexmark - scroll for the model.
If the model is not not there - go for the nearest.
or
Look up the Lexmark Web page for driver for you model.

Hi, Maybe it would be best to try downloading again as I have looked everywhere for the particular DLL file that you require and none of the DLL sites have it. If you uninstall your printer and software and restart your printer and do a fresh install you may have better luck. You could try this link and choose your operating system to download.
