Charging flash it always says charging flash even with full battery and when i try to take the flash off it wont change

I took mine apart, tested the charging capacitor, failed test, (i aint no tech guy but) the capacitor is the "battery" that ultimately energizes the spark to flash the bulb...its cost is about zero....but like most things, gettin it done would cost $100 or more..and there is no tech stuff like that in Florida...duh...I beez buying a new something...probably Canon...my HTC 6800, VZ gets me where I need to go...for the interim

Mine does the same thing...Charging Flash! I called HP's Customer service, and after 20 minutes of a woman, who could barely speak English, asking me for all my personal information, she told me there would be a charge of $34.99 just to get over the phone tech support!
I am told that we need New cameras, and trust me I will never by anything HP again!

NC10 battery not charging. The charging light flashes as normal but battery wont charge, tried another battery with same result.

Allow 1hour to charge it, if did not charge check the input & output of the charger if its properly insert, if not again off your notebook & charge it, always check if it is charging,
Note: Charging test try on, off, & unuse it allow to full charge the battery before using..avoid low bat your battery when using.

Any time I try to turn my camera on it always tells me to "change the batteries" even when the batteries are brand new.

Have you tried charging the brand new batteries? Often batteries are shipped with little or no charge in them, and need a full charge before use.

Charging continues to flash even after 3 hours of charging Toshiba camileo h30? Booklet said it should stop flashing when charged, but hasn't. Thanks in advance Paul

have you checked that the charger is charging the camera battery up?????
it could also be a dud camera battery,,if one cell is duff the hole battery wont charge up to its full volts so the charger works its **** off trying to charge up a dud battery till one day the charger just burns out as well?

Psp will charge via the mains and tunr on when plugged into the mains but wont run from the battery or charge the battery even though it shows that it is, any idea whats wrong?

get a new battery.

always turn off the psp when charging let it finish full charge so that the battery won't break down

My sony ericsson w995 won't start,ive tried charging it...but all that happens is that the red light on the back flashes...ive tried everything,please help!

Very simple.Just follow this steps:
1. Connect the charger.
2. While the charger connected, open the back cover and close the cover again. Your phone can be switched on now. This is because this phone got sensor that ensure the back cover always closed while the phone operate.
3. If the above steps not working, try remove the battery while the phone is connected with charger.

Battery wont charge

This camera not charged via PC, you can charge the battery only with wall charger(comes with box).When camera is plugged to PC, you can´t use it as a camera, only as a memory card.You can watch your stuff in PC( PC recognise a camera as a flash memory, no more).

So, this is normal..Charge your camera with wall charger(Full charge Red light not flash!, if light flashed camera is charging) Unplug and use as usually!

same problem, exact same camera... I had fixed it already with a guy who fixes all kinds of cameras and he had to change a piece that wasn´t working, but after a few months the problem started again...

The possible answer is that batteries are past thier best now and even a 'full' charge is not delivering enough power. treat your self to new batteries.
