Download and install PCSX2 0.9.4. This is a PS2 Emulator that plays a lot of comercial games. You can find it here: http://www.pcsx2.net/downloads.php The guide on how to use it can be found here: http://www.pcsx2.net/guide.php Note. You must find the bios in order for it work (use bitorrent)

How does ps2 games run on pc

PS2 game discs can not run on your PC. However, you can download a PS2 emulator for your computer, such as the one found at
www.emulator-zone.com/doc.php/ps2/,
and then download ROM files of the games you want to play. Downloading ROMs of games you do not own, however, is illegal. I have not used or tested this emulator.
If you have any further problems, please ask.
