How to set the solar power time change, my watch has remained with the same time; and not one hour ahead (spring forward) ?

Lost the instruction paper that came with the watch and now don't know how to set it. It's a U.S. Polo sports watch.

mcdevito75 here, check directly with the watch maker on line, type in Timex, Casio etc.what ever the name of the watch is for the instruction paper.

I have a casio (phys) sports cant adjust it

You can download a set of instructions from the Casio web site.
Go to "casio.com" and select "support", then click on "manuals", choose "watches" from the list, agree terms and conditions.

On the next page fill in the details off the watch back and click on search.

You can then choose your manual and download.

Greetings! I have a Casio PAG240, and I use the 24-hour time format. When in this mode, the watch used to display the “initial zero” at the beginning of times from 0000-0900. For example, 8:30 am was displayed as “0830” on the watch, with a zero in front of the 8. In other words, FOUR digits were always displayed, no matter what time it was. But now, even though the watch IS in 24-hour time format, the early morning hours do NOT display this “initial zero”. Note that all times between 1000-2359 are properly displayed with all four digits. Is there a way to get my zero back? I miss it!
