Question about Canon PowerShot A540 Digital Camera
We just got home from a family trip to Florida. We took 200 pictures. We went to review them and many of the pictures have a question mark on them and say 'corrupted data'. I was able to review the pictures after I took them. Yesterday a few said corrupted data but it seems that more pictures are corrupted tonigt. We are very disappointed and would love to have the pictures back of our kids.Any suggestions? This has never happened to us before!
I would suggest purchasing a leading brand card reader(eg lexar or sandisk) as they often come with image recovery software to help in these situations. Once you recover your images, try formatting the card in the camera and see how it goes this time. If you dont want to take chances though, just replace the card with a quality brand. Good Luck!
