How do I set the time and date and my weight on my accufit

Which Accufit tracker do you have? The instructions for the T5 and the T5S are available on the manufacturer's site: http://accutimewatch.com/tracker.html . For the T5, there is only one button. Press the button (Start App button on the side opposite the USB port) until you see the time. The date will appear in three seconds. While the display is on, press and hold that button for 3 seconds until the hour flashes. Press the button several times until the current hour is displayed. Press and hold the button for another three seconds until the minutes flash. Press the button repeatedly until the time is correct. Repeat the press and hold step followed by the repeated presses of the button for each of the additional settings: month, date, year, 12/24 hour clock, height, and weight. Alternatively, you can use the software (if you have a Windows OS computer) to set these. Then synch the tracker and the computer software.

The T5S has two buttons on the side. Press the lower button (Start/Reset) to display the time. Then press and hold the upper button until the hour flashes. Press and release the upper button to decrease the hour. Press and release the lower button to increase the hour. Repeat the press and release steps until the correct hour is reached. Press and hold the upper button until the minutes flash. Repeat the press and release steps until the correct time is displayed. Repeat the above steps to set the month, date, year and 12/24 hour clock setting. Allow the tracker to exit the setting time menu. Then press the lower button twice (or until you see the step screen). Then press and hold the upper button to set your height in feet and inches with the press and release pattern above. Press and hold the upper button to get to the set your weight menu and press and release the buttons as needed to get the correct weight entered.

I hope this helps.

Two clocks are set at 6am one clock gains 30 seconds every hour and the second clock loses 1 minute every hour. at what time will the faster clock be 30 minutes ahead of the second clock

Compute the difference in clock-speeds, namely 90 seconds per hour.
Convert the units of time: 30 minutes becomes 180 seconds.
So, divide 180 by 90 to get '2', namely 2 hours after the 6 o'clock "start" time, which makes it 8 PM.

P.S. There is at least one error in the above solution. If you truly understand the solution, make the necessary correction, and submit the corrected "homework" to your teacher.

How to set up time on TAG HEUER SLR CHRONOGRAPH ? what are the functions of the 2 boutons and 2 crowns ?

The crown at 3 o'clock is used to set the time and change modes. The crown at 9 o'clock is used to rotate the flange at the edge of the dial.
The A button at approximately 2 o'clock starts and stops the chronograph function. The B button at approximately 4 o'clock resets the chronograph.

Lap Timer: When the watch is displaying normal time, press the right side crown to switch to chrono mode (the hour hand will indicate CHRONO). This watch measures lap times, press A to start timing the first lap. Press A again to stop the first lap and automatically start timing the second lap (the hour hand will move to indicate you're on the second lap), and so on. You can measure up to 20 laps this way. When you're fininshed timing laps, press the right side crown to see the best lap time. To reset the lap timer, hold down B for 2 seconds. To switch out of chrono and see the normal time, just press the right side crown in.

Chronongraph: To time an interval that is not a lap, just follow the above instructions, but instead of pressing A to stop the first lap, press B and the watch will show the elapsed time to the nearest 1/100th of a second. Hold B to reset.

Crown at 9 o'clock: This crown rotates the inner flange at the edge of the dial and is used to measure total race time (i.e. the total of all the laps). Simply rotate the crown until the the little start trinagle on the flange is aligned with the minute hand. This way, the total elapsed time can be read at any time, similarly to how a rotating bezel works.

To set the time: Ensure the watch is not in CHRONO mode, if so, press the right side crown in. At this time pull the right side crown out until you feel a click. The position the second hand moves to indicates what is currently being set. If the second hand is at 9 o'clock, you are setting am hours, press A repeatedly to set am hours. Then press B and the second hand will move to 6 o'clock, pressing A repeatedly will set the minutes. So on for year (11 o'clock), month (12 o'clock), and day (1 o'clock).

Action script

I tried your script and it all checked out fine when I ran it. Make sure you click on the first frame of layer action and open the Action Script Panel (F9). Once this is accomplished. Click on the second frame of layer action and press F6 key. Like I said everything worked out when I tried using the script you posted so, if anything I would suggest starting from scratch.
