Re:
Here is an excellent site for Toshiba assembly guides. They also have guides for HP, compaq, etc. although the link will just take you to HP's repair/service site which has the service manual available as a free download.
Good luck

Our Getting Started guide shows how to assemble DC25, and to dismantle it you would need to follow the same steps in reverse:
Please don't dismantle your DC25 any further than this as you could caused damage not covered under our 5-year warranty.
If you need any help with your machine, it would be worth calling Dyson directly to speak with our experts. You can reach us on 0800 298 0298 (UK), 1-866-693-9766 (US), 1-877-397-6622 (CA) or 1800 239 766 (AU).
We can't provide instructions on dismantling the cleaner head, and would advise against attempting to do so as this procedure should only be carried out by a Dyson engineer. Dismantling the cleaner head will also void your 5-year warranty.
If you feel the cleaner head is not working correctly or requires replacement, please get in touch with us directly so we can provide further assistance. You can call us free on 08002980298 (UK), or 1866MYDYSON (US). If it's necessary to replace the cleaner head, this should be covered by our 5-year warranty, as long as the cleaner has been used in accordance with the terms and conditions listed in the user guide.
you will find it hard to obtain dismantle instuctions for any laptop, dismantling laptops is mostly trial and error and takes carefull planning. the best way to dismantle a laptop is draw a diagram as you take it appart, this is beacuse the amount of screws so you have to take notes pertaining to where they came from aswell as other hardware like mini-pci cards etc.
First, you need to find out what is causing the shutdown problem.
Most likely since you have this laptop for 3years now and (i am assuming you havent had this serviced). You might be suffering from overheat problems since you are using a DESKTOP P4 cpu.
Try to dismantle your laptop and remove the Fan and Heat sink. CLEAN them and put new thermal paste to the cpu.
Do that and see if this fixes the problem. If not, let me know again
If i was able to help please rate this solution as a fixya!
