Question about D-Link DI-624 Air Plus XtremeG Wireless 108G Router (790069250842)
I just recently moved into my house at college and got time warner high speed internet/cable. I have had a D-link DI-624 wireless router that worked all last year but now is not able to give a DNS suffix to any computer that is hooked up to it. When the cable modem is directly hooked up to my computer the internet works fine. but when i try to route the signal through my router i get a valid ip address but no dns suffix. i reconfigured my router as well as restarted both the cable modem and router so many times I am sick. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.
Might I suggest that you reset the router to its default configuration by pressing and holding the reset button until it reboots. This way you will be dealing with the default configuration. Then try to use it. Remember the default login ID is admin and the password is Password or admin. Lets hope this helps

Same problem. The DI-624 worked fine with Comcast but won't with Time Warner.
I'm not using the same ISP but I'm experiencing the same exact problem
