SOURCE: Kitchen Aid food processor, model # KFP 700 from 1970s

The closest I have seen recently - there is an auction for a complete KFP-700 with work bowl/lid intact on eBay right now:

I always mention 1800Parts.com because they get us everything. Check their website or call them and see if they can get you the part. Tell them we sent you and they might give you a discount.

SOURCE: my chef chopper bowl has a crack in it would like

Go to http://www.appliancepartspros.com/ and search by model number. They have everything you need at good prices. They have saved me lots of $$$ on various replacement parts as they are usually the cheapest because of tax and shipping. Hope this helps!

On the KitchenAid 3 cup Chef's Chopper, How do you lock the blade so I can turn on the chopper?

The Kitchenaid food choppers have a few safety features implimented. If the unit is not assembled properly, this may prevent the unit from turning on. Proper assembly is below:

If it isn't all ready, please disassemble the entire unit. This means removing work bowl, work bowl lid, and blade.

Start by placing the work bowl onto the motor base. The work bowl handle should be facing at 9 o'clock, which is out to your left. Rotate the handle downward until it locks in at the 6 o'clock position, which will lock over the center of the button panel.

Repeat the process with the work bowl lid. The blade does not need to be present for the motor to engage, if this is an assembly issue.

How do i print manual

Manuals for Kitchenaid appliances may all be downloaded and printed from Kitchenaid.com.

On the main page, click "Customer Care" in the upper-right hand corner. Then click "Locate Manuals and Guides."

You will need to enter your model number exactly as it appears on the bottom of the appliance. You should find the model number on a white sticker.
