I first started having a problem when I played a game on my Axim (mahjongg). The screen would freeze up in the middle of the game. I couldn't back out of it. If I powered off, it was still stuck. I could use my arrow button on the bottom (don't know the technical term) and sometimes it would return to my start screen, and then I would start over. Now it's all the time. I can't even access anything except by using my "hot" keys (home-calendar etc) but once there, can't do anything on those screens because the touch screen doesn't work. I've tried to completely remove the main battery (but didn't think to take out the back up battery.....maybe I should?) and I've pushed in the reset button MILLIONS of times over the past week with no resolution. I use my Axim daily for both games and my children's schedules (they are both athletes and we are on the go 24/7) I NEED my Axim to work! HELP!!!

you basically need to get the wire to stop touching the home key, which can be accomplished (as described in the link) with either the quick fix method, wedging something in the bottom screen, or the better-long term method of opening the axim up and taping the part that has shorted.
