I want to mount the Mintek D373 on the wall.

How do I get the base off? It's not in the book, I've tried all the screws, I purchased it with a wall mount, so I assume it can be mounted but How?

There are four screws on each side of the back of the TV(toward the bottom) - You have to remove those.

The base comes off from screws in the back of the tv not on the base itself

What size screws are required for wall mount on tv ?

I did not find that listed in the owners manual, you will need to contact the manufacturer as to the mfr recommendation of proper mounting screws.

Need plastic base for AOC LCD TV

Try searching eBay first. You might be able to purchase a generic replacement stand that uses the wall mounting screw holes.

Unscrew the base screws attaching the base to the TV set, once the four screws have been removed, the TV can be seperated from the base as shown below. The circles are where the screws were on mine before I removed the base.

How do you remove base to mintek model DTV 373 D, so i can wall mount the tv.

Should be screws going up through the bottom of the base, as well as possible crews underneath a cap in the back of the base going into the back of the tv

I installed a Moen Sage toilet paper holder. The right cover that attaches to the wall hardware via a small screw is loose and no amount of tightening corrects the problem. What am I doing wrong?

It is likely that the the mounting post on the wall has pulled loose.

You will need to remove the paper holder and inspect themounting posts; loosen the set screws in the base of the posts to do this.

Try tightening the screws holding the mounting posts to the wall. If the screws are unable to hold tight you will need to replace the wall anchors if they have been used.

Remove the mounting posts and the wall anchors and replace with new wall anchor, preferably a toggle anchor designed for sheetrock if possible.

With the wall anchors in place attach the mounting posts and install the paper holder; tightening the set screws in at the base of the posts.

Installation instructions for your product can be found here:

How to mount on wall

first you neeed to buy a wall mount kit for your size tv, menards or lowes is cheaper than best buy. you can also purchase a box for behind the tv that has a cable and power supply, it mounts in the wall so you see any wires. you must take the tv base off, normally 4 screws and make sure you have studs where you would like to mount the tv

I need instructions for wall mounting

The TV is not the problem, if you have the parts to attach to the TV, and the screws that come with it, there is only one position that fits the support base on the TV, but the other part, I mean, the way that the support base is attached to the wall, I strongly recommend to find a Handy man who can do that job because must be a solid and deep surface in order to avoid the TV drop itself in any moment.

The stand on the bottom

There are a number of small silver phillips head screws atteching the base to the back of the set. Remove these and the base will come off. I would suggest that you replace the screws into the back of the set so they won't be lost. I assume you have purchased the proper mounting bracket. If you shop at Wal Mart, they carry two sizes. The 32" will require the largest size. This info applies to what I purchased, which was the 32" LCD flat panel wall mountable unit. I hope I have been some help.....timitot2
