Try this:
turn on the tv manually,then push and hold CODE SEARCH button until the red light stand still now release the button push and release the device button TV after that you got to push and release the ON/OFF button until the tv goes off stop.Now push the enter button to memorize the code check if the tv turn on with the remote.
You have to get some patience because you need to push the power button between 1 to 110 times.Good luck

I have the same tv and remote that you do. I went on Philips website and they have instruction manuals and the code lists. You can also press and hold the 'CODE SEARCH' button until the light stays on. Then press 'TV' button. Make sure your TV is on and press Channel Up button until the channel changes on your TV. If you go too far, press the Channel Down button until it changes again. Then press the Mute button to store the code. Good Luck!!

Lost the codes but really want them. Please send
when clicking Power Off, there is no response. I have lost manual . I have pressed Code Search button and hold it until it blinks. I then push and hold TV button until flashing stops. But I am unable to get remote to work and TV cannot turn off/change stations.etc
