My mom has dropped her phone a few times. Today she dropped it, and it seemesd to work fine. Later we discovered it had turned itself off. We looked at it, and when you closed it, it shut off only the screen. If we rebooted it, the screen worked, and did the same thing. It also did not recieve calls from my phone. Eventually, about ten minutes later, it stopped working completely, and now we can't get it to do anything. It was on a full battery, charged last night. Any help?

Think I might just have discovered the issue here. I had the same problem but didn't realize that the volume was maxed on the unit (as I was controlling it through the phone). As soon I brought the volume down on the unit the problem went away.
keep your phone on the heater for a few days .I had the same problem with my e65 but worse.it was in the washing machine and i found the phone soaking wet.so straight away i got a dry towel and wiped it and left it for a few days.3 days later it was working fine.
so why don't you try it ,it worked for me so hopefully it works for you
It sounds like its a software problem and if you have only had it for about 5 months it should still be under warinty. Try calling your provider and tell them whats going on and see if they can send you a new phone.
Hold the phone button down for about 4 seconds.. The light should blink 2 times and then stay on to add device to your phone once connected light will go out...Hold button down again light will blink 3 times and go off...........
