This a problem with the Sansa Media Converter program not the player. You can try reconverting the files, both in the mpeg4 program and in SMC. This a trial and error solution. Some mp4's will never sync correctly. Good luck.

Are you syncing the videos through Sansa Media Converter? This is the only program that will work to put video on the E200 series Sansa's.

If you are using SMC try using "Any Video Converter" to make the mp4's then sync them through SMC.

I have the sana e260 and i downloaded the sansa media converter but when i tell it to convert video files it says my sansa cannot play video and i need to download quicktime

the video is most likely in quicktime format. The sansa should play mp4 video which quicktime can create.

my only guess is the sansa software isn't that good anyway. You can try using a program like super or handbrake.

For pics and video you must install the program from Sansa called Media Converter.

Sansa e260 won't accept pictures

Are you using the Sansa Media Converter to convert / transfer the photos?

Thats the only way to get photos / videos on the Sansa Products.
