You must service your phone because camera is gone , and better first you do this try to change your phone battery, maybe the batery is very consumed and old and can not react with camera on.

Import photos from where to where ? What make and model of camera are you using, and how are you importing photos yo your laptop / PC, USB cable or card reader ?
Camera noise can be common during autofocus, image stabilization, and of course pressing the shutter release. It seems possible that the noises you noticed are part of normal the normal photo taking process, since you only hear them when taking a photo, not when reviewing photos (a process which doesn't use autofocus, image stabilization or the shutter release).
If you're not experiencing any problems taking photos, the sound may just be part of normal camera operation. However, if you're still concerned, I recommend you take your camera to your local camera store to have an expert listen to the sounds.
probably ther isn't enough space left in ur phone memory try deleting to clear up unwanted stuff. If there is space both in ur phone as well as memory card then rearrange all items in the memory card to specified folders. like if there are items that show outside the folders then dump them into the folders and this will solve ur problem. This is strange but try it all will be ok. Next time when u want to format ur memory card see that u do it with the phone itself and not through a PC
could be either camera module failure or flexcircuit cable failure, just take it to authorised nokia care, as it is a little bit difficult to replace these parts, or even get them
Please see these two blog posts. It's hard to troubleshoot the problem based on the info you've given, but one of the two posts may help. The first outlines an alternate, less error prone, way of downloading your photos from your camera. The second outlines how to recover your photos from a corrupted flash card. :
Does the lens still move correctly?
if so, sounds like you've got a case of the popping clip.
either way I have photos to show how to solve
