PC memory? Im not sure what I can use

Are you sure you have the correct model number? Because that model number should only have 2 Ram Slots located right below the processor slot. I put a picture of the ASUS P4S533-VM motherboard at the bottom of this answer for you to check.

If that is the correct motherboard model number then it takes up to 2GB of PC2700 DDR333 Ram (2 sticks of 1GB PC2700 DDR333 Ram)

Here is a copy of the user manual for your motherboard:

I have a asus p4p800-vm motherboard I have everthing hooked up right the front panel wires power from the processor and power supply led lights hdd reset everthing but when I plug the computer up nothing...

Hi, maybe you should download a manual.

From here:

http://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel_Socket_478/P4P800VM/#download

Just to check you have connected everything right.

First select your operating system.
Select manual and click on global for download.
The file has to be unziped before you can read it.

Have you installed the ram module and cpu correct ??
If you have installed a wrong type of ram it will not boot at all.
Does it makes any beep sound ??
Is the powersupply ok ??

If you are useing the onboard graphic check for loose connections.
Check with the manual that all connections are in order.

My old mother board a 939 socket took a dump i have gtx 285 evga video cards and x-fi fatality sound card im looking for a good bundle for this to go in to would like to stick with a asus board and...

Socket 939 Motherboards are pretty rare. Basically, if you find any socket 939 motherboard, the parts you have now should all fit precisely since there are only a few socket 939 motherboards right now on the market.
Here is one i found.

On board audio problem

Hi, do you have you're manual? The answer to you're questions are there.
There are three femal plugs on the back side of the motherboard for sound out-put/mic-output & sound in-put. There ia also the option (For most cases), front plugs. Sound = out & mic=out.
See page 2-22/2-23, for rear connectors (What goes where).
Goto to page 2-29 to see Front panel audio connector (10-1 pin FP_Audio).

If you do not have you're user manual you can download it from Asus. Click on the link below.
