Hi,
Try first with cleaning tests on maintenance mode.Make sure all cartridges are not empty. If not help try manually cleaning.Open the cover and first remove the ink cartridges. Then open the holder and remove the print head.Run hot tap water and put the print head with the nozzles up to stream water.Hold that 5 mins then turn the print head around with the nozzles down.Hold that for every color of 5 mins. Then put the print head in hot water with the nozzles down.Left it water about 15 mins and then you must very nice to dry. When the print head dry put it in printer and start cleaning. If this not help you need to replace the print head.
Thank you for your time and best wishes for your effort.
Had the same problem with mine, been stood for 1 year. Put a new battery on it everything was fine passed the M.O.T. Waited until the end of the month to tax and it wouldn't start. Plenty of petrol in the tank, wouldn't crank over on the starter, but could hear the fuel pump kicking in. Looking for a fault and kept trying it, checked for loose wires and blown fuses to no avail. Then i noticed fuel light came on checking tank was empty. Wondering where the fuel had gone I found the engine had flooded into the crank. Stripped everything down found the problem was neutral switch was broke. Check this hope it helps you, mine in the 1999 fuel injected model. Cheers Kev :o)

If any of them have a free trial you can try that and then cancel. Some links below. Good luck. http://www.h4x3d.com/motorola-razr-v3i-software-usb-driver/
There are of course many places on the web where you can get cracked versions for free but since that is illegal I'm not going to suggest that as a solution.
